For California Employment Development Department (EDD), OneWorld has created the innovative “Click Into Place!” campaign to promote use of their website to file unemployment claims. It includes a new “Click Into Place!” icon which creates a graphical “pathway” on the website so that people know they are on the right track, six new online banner ads, an AdWords campaign, and six radio spots, including two in Spanish. These original creative productions, developed from our research, have already increased visits and visitors to EDD’s website by over 6%, and page-views by over 8% in the first week of the campaign Sept. 14th 2009.
