OneWorld developed an integrated campaign to accelerate the public’s use of new online services that streamline obtaining unemployment insurance benefits. The challenge was to increase people’s confidence that EDD offers efficient and modern online services worth trying.
OneWorld conducted focus groups across the state in English and Spanish, and other research, to gain insights. We developed our creative concepts into animated online display advertising, search engine marketing, radio spots, billboards, bus ads, posters, and other out of home ads. We started by planning and placing online advertising in a 6 month campaign.
