![]() OneWorld’s campaigns have helped to attract hundreds of thousands of people to ask for the telecommunications products offered by this program of the California Public Utilities Commission. Previously this program, which provides specialized telephones to people, was under-utilized by the public.
We created integrated mass advertising, and supported outreach at the grass-roots level to engage both mainstream and ethnic communities. We put messages in many media: newspaper, interactive digital, TV, radio, outdoor, plus collateral, public relations and conference materials. | |
