The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VINS 21) was concerned that more veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan should utilize the excellent healthcare benefits that the VA provides. OneWorld advised that Public Service Announcements (PSAs) could attract attention, but they needed to be high quality for broadcast stations to air them sufficiently. OneWorld created an original set of television and radio spots, including all scripting, shooting, and production.
